About Chelsea, LPC

With every session, I will be your co-pilot, helping you navigate the winds of change as you learn to fly freely.

Hi!! I’m a licensed therapist offering virtual therapy and clinical supervision in Pennsylvania. My mission is to create a space where you feel truly heard and understood—no judgment, just support. I help clients break free from the patterns, thoughts, and past experiences that weigh them down, empowering them to spread their wings and embrace life as their most confident, authentic selves—without shame. I truly believe in healing nature of a therapeutic relationship. I strive to create an environment where you will feel at ease and safe so you can get vulnerable and dig deep to explore the root causes of what is making you feel stuck, unhappy or disconnected from yourself or others. Expect warmth, authenticity, curiosity, and a touch of humor in every session.

Alongside therapy, I also offer clinical supervision, and I genuinely love helping clinicians build confidence, deepen their self-awareness, and refine their therapeutic style. Whether you're exploring a niche or working to enhance the care you provide, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Just like in therapy, there’s no room for judgment—wherever you are in your licensure or supervision journey. I’m here to guide you through it all, watching you grow into the therapist you want to be.

When I’m not in sessions or providing supervision, you’ll likely find me pedaling away at my local cycle studio, diving into a good book, or hiking with my two stick-loving golden retrievers!

Change isn’t easy (even when it’s “good”).

I want you to know that sessions will be at your pace. I will always show up authentically, and assist you in where you need to go. We are a team, and I am here to help you in navigating your path forward.

How I work:

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, connection and strength-based principals with a person-centered foundation.

I focus on creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood and supported. By fostering a strong therapeutic relationship, I encourage clients to tap into their innate strengths and potential, empowering them to navigate their own healing process.

My goal is for you to leave each session feeling safe, grounded, and empowered—able to be vulnerable without judgment. I want you to feel connected to yourself, free to explore deeper within, while also being gently challenged to break free from anything holding you back.

Therapy with me is…

  • In our work together, you will find a space where understanding and connection is at the heart of the work that we do. we explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences in a way that fosters trust, empathy, and growth.

  • Sessions are rooted in patience—a space where you can take your time, explore at your own pace, and feel fully supported without any rush. Together, we honor your unique journey, allowing space for reflection, growth, and transformation to unfold naturally.

  • Time spent together can also be refreshingly silly. We’ll laugh, lighten up, and embrace those moments of joy that help break through the heaviness. Sometimes, a little humor is just what we need to reset, gain perspective, and make the path to healing feel a bit more fun, embracing the human to human connection.

  • Skills used are rooted in proven, evidence-based techniques. We will use strategies backed by science to help you make real, lasting changes. It’s all about combining solid research with personalized care to get the best results for you!
